StrongFitKids has successfully evolved the concept of play-based learning, finding the perfect balance between educational content, creativity, health, and social development in our super fun movement sessions. All of our activities are designed to encourage participation, expression, and social interaction, of course, all whilst having lots of fun.

Tiny Tots
Our Tiny Tots program is designed for toddlers aged 2-3 years old. The sessions are 30 mins long, and the children will engage in physical fitness in the form of activities such as freeze dance, animal movements, shooting hoops, sports, balancing, obstacles, and lots more.
Early Years Learning Framework:
Quality area 2.1 – Each Child’s health and physical activity is supported and Promoted
Learning Outcome 3.2 – Children take increasing responsibility for their own health and physical wellbeing
Learning Outcome 4.1 – Children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity

Kindie Kids
Our Kindie Kids program is designed for children aged between 3-5 years old. The sessions are 45 mins long and start with a warm-up and education on the benefits of exercise. The main part of the sessions is filled with activities such as circuit training, fitness-inspired games, dancing, obstacle courses and finally ending with a cool down.

Community Program
StrongFitKids is thrilled to announce an 8-week program for 2–4-year-old children, starting on 5th February!
Our program is packed with fun and engaging activities focused on teamwork, physical activity, and friendly competition. Your little ones can look forward to skill-building, joyful memories, and plenty of laughter with activities like:
Dancing
Circuit training
Ribbon twirling
Obstacle courses
Egg and spoon race, 3-legged race, and sack race
Classic sports day games like soccer and grip ball
Parachute games
